How long until my order ships?

Everything is 3D printed to order — allow 3–5 business days of production, then transit time. US standard shipping is free on every order.

How do I choose a color?

Every product page has a Color selector with 13 standard colors (lamp shades add 4 translucent options). Pick your color before adding to cart. Want a two-tone combo on multi-part pieces? Add a note at checkout or message us.

What are the products made of?

Plant-based PLA bioplastic (some lamp shades use PETG for the translucent colors). It's rigid, lightweight, and has a fine layered texture that's part of the made-to-order character.

Are the lamps safe?

Yes — with LED bulbs only. LEDs run cool; incandescent and halogen bulbs get too hot for PLA. Lamp-only options fit standard E26/E27 sockets; kit options include a plug-in socket kit.

Can I return my order?

Yes — 30-day returns. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. Need to cancel? Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase (production starts fast!).

Will it look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is printed individually, so you may see subtle variations in surface texture — that's the nature (and charm) of made-to-order 3D printing. Color will match your selection.

How do I care for my piece?

Dust with a soft dry cloth. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat sources, and hot water (PLA softens above ~50°C / 122°F). Planters and watering cans: rinse with cool water.
