Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll arrange it; items should be unused and in original condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original payment method.

Cancellations: Because every piece is 3D printed to order, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order is likely already in production.

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint or refund at no cost — we stand behind every print.
